Do I need to use AI?
No. Every AI feature has a manual path. If AI is unavailable, Assetrine tells you and you carry on manually.
Can I use my own categories?
Yes. You can set up categories manually, starting from a standard list, and add new ones from any category menu.
Does Assetrine support e-Invoice?
Partly. Invoices are prepared, approved, numbered and checked against the LHDN MyInvois field requirements in demo mode. Live submission to LHDN's MyInvois API is not connected in this version.
How does OCR work?
Upload a JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF. Text is read from images with Google Cloud Vision (or directly from a PDF's text layer); AI then fills in the supplier, dates, amounts and a category for you to check before saving.
Can I use Assetrine on mobile?
Assetrine runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and its layouts adapt to the screen. There is no separate app to install.
Is my financial information protected?
Each request is checked on the server against your company, passwords are hashed, credentials stay on the server and uploads are private. It has not yet been independently certified.
