What is supported today
Invoice creation
Customer (with TIN) and line items from your product list; optional 6% SST; three PDF templates.
Approval & numbering
Invoices pass your approval rules, then receive a number and post to the ledger.
MyInvois checks (demo mode)
Checks supplier and buyer TIN, ISO date, line items, SST amounts, totals and internal approval, then records a clearly labelled demo validation result.
Status tracking
Draft, pending approval, approved, sent and paid — plus the e-Invoice status and partial payments.
Not yet available
Live submission to LHDN MyInvois
Sending invoices to LHDN's MyInvois API and receiving the official validation is not connected in this version. Demo results are not official e-Invoices.
Official validation QR / UUID
Official LHDN identifiers only come from a live submission, so they are not shown today.
