AI features
AI that suggests. You decide.
Here is exactly where AI is used, what it sees, and what happens when it is unavailable.
Where AI helps
Company profiling & category suggestions
From your business type, size and a short description, AI suggests income and expense categories. You keep, edit, add or remove them before anything is saved.
Reading invoices and receipts (OCR)
Text is read from photos with Google Cloud Vision, or straight from a PDF's text layer. AI then picks out the supplier, invoice number, dates, amounts and SST for you to check before saving.
Financial assistant
Ask questions about your figures. Answers are based on a summary of your own company's figures.
Record checks
When a transaction is recorded, AI can attach warnings — an unusual amount, an odd date, a likely mis-categorisation — for a person to look at.
Not AI — and that is on purpose
Company history
Choosing a supplier or customer suggests the category used most often with them. Simple counting of your records.
Totals & reports
Invoice totals, SST, dashboards and reports are calculated by fixed rules on the server — never by AI.
Safeguards
Only what is needed
Category setup sends only your company details. The assistant sees a summary of your own company only.
Works without AI
If AI is unavailable you get a clear message and can do everything manually.
